ormai proverbiale!
Here's a bit from the article:
"I cannae help it. I talk too much! I have simply become unable to converse normally with people. I go on an on and unintentionally hijack conversations. I relate everything back to me, me, me. Everything is about ME. I am the centre and everything orbits around ME. I inundate people with information, advice, opinion, even when they don't want it. Chatting is the best thing in the whole world for me. I go into a zone in which I am unable to read the signs that people would like to escape and run 50 miles away from me. Once I even chased this postman and cable guy down the street because they wouldn't listen to me about my life. And when I'm with me girl I actually bore her to sleep at night. I think I'm starting to come across as a crazy b*****d, which I don't think is accurate (maybe a wee bit). I urge my fans to keep on chatting - it is the best. Even when it annoys people. Who cares. *beep* em."
In sostanza dice che non solo non può fare a meno di parlare,ma sopratttto di parlare di sè:tutto ruota intorno al suo 'se'...
Inonda il malcapitato interlocutore,che -quando ne è al corrente -fugge a 50 miglia di distanza...e allora Gerry si rifà col postino al quale tenta di raccontare la sua vita...
Pare che anche le sue ragazze si annoino tanto che finiscono per addormentarsi con lui..
Ma lui ritiene che 'chiacchierare' è la miglior cura per tutto!
Investe anche le sue fans con le chiacchiere(praticamente è la sua arma di difesa!)...Ma a quanto pare non gli interessa se le annoia anzi...che 'andassero a...'!!!
