questo è un report di una che ha assistito al Q&A ( botta e risposta) a Arclight...

Uno non sa mai cosa aspettarsi da un Botta e Risposta. A seconda del pubblico, le domande possono essere davvero strane.

La persona che dice che Gerry è stato molto cattivo con una persona aveva ragione. Infatti ho pensato che fosse proprio uno str****. In pratica la donna ha fatto una lunga domanda riguardo Rocknrolla e il messaggio generale. Sentiva che il film cercasse di esprimere la sessualità repressa negli uomini. Alla fine si era un pò fissata. Gerard le ha praticamente detto che lei leggeva troppo attraverso le righe. Ad un certo punto ha detto " Sei sicuramente iscritta ad una scuola di cinema." Le ha anche chiesto di ripetere la domanda.

Un'altra signora più grande dal midwest ha chiesto se avrebbe recitato in maniera diversa se il personaggio di fosse chiamato 8 to 10 ( ma ndT ) Era una domanda scema. Ci sono state delle risate alla donna per questa domanda, perchè lei era molto molto emozionata alla vista di una star del cinema. Gerard ha quindi risposto dicendo che tra le centinaia di interviste fatte, la sua domanda era la più originale di tutte.

Ha anche parlato di un paio di scene in cui si sentiva un " cog****" o " checca" mentre le girava. Non voglio rovinare la sorpresa a chi non ha visto il film rivelando le scene in questione.

Un altro momento divertente è stato quando ha recitato " Questa è Sparta". Dal momento che non la stava facendo sul serio quando ha detto quella battuta, non pensava che l'avrebbero inserita in 300. Ma il regista ha pensato che fosse perfetta e l'ha tenuta.

Un fan si è alzato e ha chiesto a Gerard se pensasse la sua ragazza fosse carina. Gerard ha risposto " direi che è la più bella ragazza che abbia mai visto...se l'avessi vista." Notiamo che la ragazza in questione era considerevolmente lontana dalle prime file.

Le domande di Joel Silver erano soprattutto di natura finanziaria e tecnica.Credo che il budget fosse di 20 milioni di dollari americani. Qualcuno dovrà correggermi su questo punto. E' stata una serata divertente. In generale, Gerard è una persona divertente e molto affascinante. Ma a volte puù essere un pò rude e ha ammesso lui stesso di essere una prima donna sul set.

Grazie Jiu per la traduzione...mi domando che gente era presente a questa anteprima...domande assolutamente incomprensibili...
E se Gerry si è spazientito con la prima signora,va sottolineato che è stato molto gentile con la seconda..
Quanto alla terza domanda...come ha suggerito Laura ...c'era solo da alzarsi e andare via...

Comunque giuro che quelle poche volte che ho assistito a un "Q&A cinematografico" di domande intelligenti ne ho sentite ben poche...

When the credits were rolling, I looked to my left (we were on the aisle, about five rows back on the left) and spotted Silver watching the crowd's reaction. There were a ton of people who pretended to be leaving so they could try and go by there. My brother spotted the top of Gerry's head. Be sure to stay and watch the credits, there's a funny extended version of a scene.

It was really dark in there, so I only got a few shots, and most of them were bad. This was, sadly, the best one of the bunch. Butler confirmed his involvement in "The Watchmen," another hotly anticipated movie. He does a voice-over for the Japanese graphic novel in the story, but it will only appear on the DVD. There were some terrific stories about the making of "RocknRolla," including one involving a 6'7" Russian with a large machete, jumping on a bed on top of a ball-gagged Butler. :O He even did the "This is Sparta" line, off-handedly. He pointed in my direction at one point, I swear. Hahaha... There were also a lot of stupid or meandering questions, thank goodness for the moderator! Butler had some (mean-sounding) answers to those. Awesome.
I looked around for some RnR merch, but found nothing. I did take a picture of the big backdrop in the lobby though. When we left, my brother went to pay for parking and the lady stole his ticket! It was weird, she asked us for a movie ticket, which he showed her, and she just took it! He was so confused, he didn't make her give it back. Thank goodness it wasn't autographed, or he would have Archie-slapped her.
